Join us for a week of flying trapeze and acro yoga in the beach paradise of Playa Negra in Costa Rica. We’ll practice yoga and handstands, fly on the trapeze rig overlooking the spectacular view, train acro, visit the beach, and enjoy the company of our friends new and old. Whatever your experience level with flying trapeze and acro yoga, we will meet you where you’re at and offer opportunities to grow your practice, while enjoying the magic of the serene retreat center, Latica Lodge.
